Pro: The room I stayed in had a cozy and welcoming feel, with a kitchen equipped with a fridge where I could prepare my own meals. The balcony added a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful views of Bouchemaine. The room also had all the basic amenities I needed, such as a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom.
Personally, I would have preferred a room with an electric kettle instead of a regular one. But hey, that's just my preference, and others might not mind it at all!

We had a fantastic stay at the chateau! The value for money was great and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond to ensure we had a fan during the hot weather.
Food for breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

Beautiful chateau with comfy rooms, great river views. Helpful English-speaking staff. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Delicious French breakfasts. Lots of history. Pool with sun loungers. Close to Angers. Exciting activities. Lovely blend of old & new. Cute animals.
Not fully finished… for 200 euros a night? Unplanned power cuts and construction site pool.
